Model .50AS Actuator System is a low cost high quality heat staking
machine designed for full production runs of small to medium sized
parts.
Heatstaking and insertion makes use of direct contact
heated tools and precisely controlled time, temperature, pressure, and
cooling to reform plastic studs, walls, or protrusions or to embed
metal components into plastic. This offers the ability to perform
multiple operations on several planes simultaneously. Cycle times are
relatively fast, allowing for the assembly of multiple products.
Cosmetics are exceptional, so that heatstaking appears to be an
extension of the molding process.

Systems parameters are easily entered into the TSD through a large pop up menu numeric key pad
In-temperature feature checks system prior to every cycle to assure
proper operating temperature / operating window can be adjusted in 1
degree increments above and below temperature set point.
True system dwell time and freeze out cooling time destroy part memory and assures a tight assembly
Password protected Machine setup menu, allows only authorized operators to change the operating mode of the system
Freeze out cooling, part presence detecting can be turned on or off by a simple press of a button
